RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ANCIENT DZI SHOP

At Ancient Dzi Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because we never retouch our photographs and show every bead exactly as it is, we stand fully behind what we sell. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

RETURN WINDOW

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging where applicable.

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law and is in addition to our standard return policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing service@ancientdzishop.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You must then return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.

REFUND AMOUNTS

  • The full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is incorrect or defective.
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our actual shipping cost from the refund amount.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Incorrect or defective item: We will cover all return shipping costs in full.
  • All other returns (including EU right of withdrawal): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and for ensuring the item is returned safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit on the return journey.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email service@ancientdzishop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for our approval confirmation before sending anything back.
  4. Ship your return to:

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 14 days.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit on their end.
