Return Window
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Refund Amounts
• Purchase price will be fully refunded.
• Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are not refundable, except as noted below.
• Free shipping on your original order is offered as a courtesy; we reserve the right to recover that cost on refunded orders.
Return Shipping & Costs
• If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refund Processing Timeline
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7 to 30 business days.
