Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account through the "My Account" link on the Menu. During signup you will be asked for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Contact us via email and inform us of your country. We will look into whether we should add your country to our growing list. We try to ship to all countries that have a reliable and trustworthy postal system in place.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

We ship within 48 hours. We cannot ship on weekends and national holidays as observed in Taiwan. Shipping is free to you. It is our way of showing gratitude to our Dzi family. Ancient Dzi Shop ships via FedEx International Priority.

What are my payment options?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. At the moment, we accept payment through major credit cards, PayPal, Western Union, and bank transfer/wire via Wise. Please be aware that we cannot ship your order until we have confirmed receipt of payment for that order.

Has my order shipped? How do I track my order?

Ancient Dzi Shop will send you confirmation of shipment. Tracking number and any and all other pertinent tracking information will be provided in the email.

Ancient Dzi Shop understands that you may change your mind about an item. You may amend your order as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact us as early as possible, so that we may halt the order.

Ancient Dzi Shop is staffed with real people. We make mistakes occasionally. In the event your order is incorrect or your order never arrived, please contact us as early as possible so that we may figure out what happened and resolve the issue for you.
