SHIPPING POLICY — ANCIENT DZI SHOP

All orders are shipped from New Taipei City, Taiwan. We ship worldwide to most countries with reliable postal and courier service. Our preferred carrier is FedEx International Priority, which provides fast, fully tracked international delivery of your valuable items.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed to FedEx.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders ship via FedEx International Priority. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch.

FedEx International Priority is a fast, fully tracked service and the vast majority of orders arrive within this window. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with FedEx on your behalf.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold will be displayed at checkout.
All items are carefully packaged to protect them during international transit. Ancient and high-value beads are wrapped individually and insured where possible.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order ships with a FedEx tracking number, which will be emailed to you at dispatch. You can track your shipment directly at www.fedex.com using that number.
If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at service@ancientdzishop.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Ancient Dzi Shop ships from New Taipei City, Taiwan. Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
EU customers: Import VAT and any applicable customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering. We declare all items at their true purchase value on customs forms — we do not falsify customs declarations.
COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO
We reserve the right to decline shipments to countries where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed, or where legal restrictions apply. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at service@ancientdzishop.com and we will investigate with FedEx on your behalf.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.
