Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY

Every item sold at Ancient Dzi Shop is represented as accurately as possible. We never retouch our photographs — every bead is shown exactly as it is. Descriptions reflect our honest assessment of each item's age, condition, and authenticity.

All sales of ancient and antique dzi beads are final once shipped, except as provided in our Return & Refund Policy. If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us immediately at service@ancientdzishop.com.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or stock issue, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept payment via PayPal. Your payment is processed securely — we do not store your full payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, reseller activity, or where we are unable to verify payment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. SECTION 6 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

SECTION 7 — EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or waives the statutory rights of customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area. EU customers retain all rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection law, including but not limited to:

• The right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving an item, without giving any reason
• The right to a remedy if goods do not conform to the contract
• The right to clear, accurate pre-purchase information

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with EU consumer law, EU consumer law takes precedence for EU customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ancient Dzi Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including EU consumer protection law. EU customers retain their full statutory rights regardless of this clause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). However, for EU customers, mandatory EU consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and take precedence where relevant.
