New Bow Shaped Natural Banded Agate Dzi Bead (Nat-B-9)

This bead carries no etched motif and makes no symbolic claim — what you're looking at is the shape and banding the agate arrived with, nothing added, nothing drawn on top of it.

This is the second bow-shaped piece in our natural banded agate line, sharing its curved form and matte textured surface with N-N-062126-BOW, but distinct in ground colour and banding rhythm. Where that piece carries a warm reddish-chocolate-brown body, this one runs noticeably darker — a deep, near-charcoal blackish-brown ground that holds consistently across both faces. The natural white and grey striation lines also read differently here: rather than running in loosely parallel diagonals, they radiate more tightly from the peak of the bow's curve, fanning outward toward both ends.

Both tips carry a lighter tone than the body — one a pale grey-tan, the other a warm amber-orange — with the banding lines visibly converging as they approach each end. Both drill openings are clean and consistent with the bead's curved form.

This is a category appreciated specifically for its natural beauty rather than any applied symbolism — no eye, no stripe-as-meaning, no etched motif of any kind. What you're paying for is the rarity of the shape and the banding the stone formed on its own, and on this piece, the darker ground gives that banding a higher-contrast, more dramatic read than its lighter sibling.
